This is how it works

You start by creating an account with Frilans Finans and agree to the general terms and conditions. You then agree with your customer on what to do and how much it will cost. At the same time, you give notice that you want to invoice from your umbrella company, Frilans Finans. You then register your assignment in our tool, "Register assignment". Here you enter all the necessary information before you start working and approve the employment contract.

You can easily see how much of the invoice amount is left for your net salary after taxes and fees with the help of the calculator. It can be useful if you want to calculate how much you have to invoice to get a certain salary.

We will review the registered assignment and inform you when the assignment is approved and ready to begin work. After an approved assignment, an employment relationship arises between you and Frilans Finans.

Create one or more invoices for work performed within the approved assignment. You create the invoice quickly and easily because the assignment is already registered on your pages at frilansfinans.no

Please note that the invoice must be created as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which you performed the work. Usually, when your invoice is 'approved without comment' by a credit check, your salary is paid from us into your bank account within five banking days. If you choose express payment, you will be paid the same day if you register your invoice on a weekday no later than 12.00. In some cases, if your invoice in the credit check receives the status "approved with comment", your salary is paid when the customer has made his payment to Frilans Finans.
